BIIB Stock analysis and Trading Idea 11-17-2014 Last $305.43 (-3.95%)
HI mates!. Today I would like to analyze Biogen Idec. During the last 4 sesions the stock has been falling dramatically.
Last Quarter this company reported benefits better than expected.
Anyway, let´s see the chart.
Suppports and Resistances:
S1:$305 S2:$285 R1:$330.46 R2:$352
Actually the price is moving in the S1 support level.
THe MACD is below zero and below the signal.
The RSI is at 39%.
And the Stochastic is entering into the oversold zone.
In my opinion this stock is oversold and today we have the oportunity to buy.
Actually the price is inside the buy range [$305;$318].
And the actual targets are:
TG1: $325
TG2: $339.95
TExt:$347
All of this makes me thing that this stock is oversold and will bounce soon. This company has a good fundamentals and the sales growth is better than expected during the year. So I recomend to buy.
